There is ample street parking available with a two-hour limit until 8 p.m - we will have a time limit waiver from when the event starts so no need to worry about the posted signs. The 2 hour time limit will not be enforced that night and no note needed in the vehicle stating this. The streets this covers is west gate, east gate, middle gate and Blanchard.

They have a ramp for entering the house on the main floor and a chairlift for anyone with restricted mobility between the main and lower level. Note, the house does not have wheelchair-accessible washrooms. There is also an assisted chair lift to the bottom level if needed.

Unfortunately as our venue is not suitable for little ones, this will be an adults-only reception. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

We ask for people to arrive at 330 pm so everyone can be seated for the ceremony to start promptly at 4 pm.

Unfortunately due to the size of the venue, we cannot accommodate anyone not on the wedding invitation. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only.

Please RSVP by August 12, 2024. If you are unable to confirm by this point, please contact with Dean or Stephanie to further discuss.

Following the reception, there will be a standing reception filled with Hors D’Oeuvres and food stations throughout the evening.

Please let us know any allergy or food preference. We will do our best to ensure there will be options for all our guests. If there are any concerns, we will reach out personally to those individuals.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. We are not registered anywhere. However, if you do wish to celebrate our union with a gift - presentation is preferred or donating to a specific fund - a note can be added to the card if this is your desire. As we are planning on hopefully moving in the next one or two years, we are unsure what will be needed at the time. If you have any questions, please reach out to Dean or Stephanie.

We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony conclusion! We will be more than happy to share the professional photos with all in attendance.

It’s hard to know what the weather will be at this time. We are planning to have the ceremony outdoors - so dress appropriately, and then will be moving inside for the rest of the evening. If the weather does not permit, the ceremony will be held inside Ralph Connor House.
