Please arrive by 4:15pm latest. Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm

Wedding attire is formal. Examples: Men: Suit or Tuxedo with tie/bowtie. Women: Dresses or Dressy pantsuit. The ceremony will be outside, the reception will be in a covered pavilion. Please dress accordingly as weather is unpredictable in November.

There are two Airports you can chose from. Charlotte-Douglas International Airport or Asheville Regional Airport. A majority of airports we looked at had direct flights to both Charlotte and Asheville. If there is not a direct flight you could look into connecting flights from Charlotte or Atlanta. CLT: 1.5 hrs drive to venue AVL: 45 mins drive to venue

We want to be able to celebrate the weekend with everyone as much as we can, so following the rehearsal dinner we plan to go enjoy a few drinks. Come join us at TBD to kick off the weekend. As you are arriving into town if you would like to come hang out please feel free to stop by whenever. We will be there from 7-9pm.

In November in North Carolina it varies. Average temperature is in the 60s, but could go as high as the 80s. The evening maybe chilly, we recommend a sweater/jacket.

We will have a shuttle to and from Emberglow, details to come! Depending on time and reservations we might have additional pickup points available, but as of right now just Emberglow will have a shuttle provided.
