YES! There will be marked (and delicious) gluten free and vegetarian options included in the main course buffet as well as the cocktail hour appetizers. Everything is made in-house and we have notified the staff of all food allergies.

Formal / cocktail attire. Please avoid all shades of white. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will be in an indoor/outdoor tent.

There will be a shuttle from the Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa to the venue (details on the Travel tab). There is plenty of parking for those who will be driving themselves.

The ceremony starts at 3pm. Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to account for any unexpected traffic and to get settled.

Yes! There will be an open bar until 9pm, then will convert to a cash bar until 10pm – it’s going to be a night to remember! Tips for the bar staff are greatly appreciated.

The cut off to book using our room block is January 26th! Please book with our block for a discount and shuttle access to the venue! If they run out of rooms, let us know so we can request more. NOTE: It is Spring Training season, so the hotels in the area will fill up!
