Are kids invited?
Unfortunately due to space limitations this will be an adults-only event. The only children attending [the ceremony] are those who are a part of the wedding party. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care in the area,
please let Steph know and she will do her best to assist.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Dress Formal (Black Tie Optional). Ladies should wear floor or knee-length dress, evening pant suit or dressy separates
and the gentlemen should wear a dark suit with shirt and tie; black tie optional.
There will be a coat check available upon arrival.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the brief ceremony guests will quickly exit and walk across the hall to Combine
for cocktail hour and passed hors d'oeuvres.
Do you have a hotel rooming block for guests/where do you recommend we stay?
Yes! To book rooms, guests can use the following link:

Enter check in date, check out date and click “Book Now”. The code should automatically display available rooms for the contracted block between the dates of December 10, 2021 & December 12, 2021. If you wish to book a reservation outside of these dates, please contact the hotel directly.
Deadline for room reservations is November 10, 2021.
Guests are also welcome to make reservations via phone by calling 309.755.6000 – press “1” to book new reservations at Hyatt Place and reference group "G-ROHW".
Will transportation be provided to/from hotel?
The Hyatt does have a shuttle if needed, however, the venue is within walking distance to the hotel....even in December! Please dress accordingly.
Where should I park/is there a parking charge?
There is on-site free parking. Please use good judgement and have a designated driver, use ride share, or the venue allows vehicles to remain overnight. If you leave your vehicle overnight,
it is requested to be moved Sunday by 9 a.m. if possible.
Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/or special diet options?
We will not have these options listed, but please list any dietary restrictions on RSVP or contact Steph prior to the RSVP deadline and she will
do her best to accommodate your preferences.
