Gatlinburg is easy to get to by car, and we encourage carpooling to make travel smoother and ensure everyone has parking.

If you’re planning to drive and have extra room, let us know—we’d love to help coordinate carpooling for those who need a ride!

The nearest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, TN, about an hour’s drive from Gatlinburg. From there, you can rent a car, or carpool with other guests. If you’re flying and need help coordinating a ride, let us know, and we’ll do our best to connect you with someone driving in!

We only have 10 parking spots at the cabin, so carpooling is highly encouraged! To make sure we have enough space for everyone, we’ll be assigning parking spots ahead of time based on who’s driving, willing to drive throughout the weekend, and arrival time.

👉 What happens if more than 10 cars are coming?

If we exceed the parking limit, there are a few options:

• Park at a nearby lot

• Park at the Sawyer's condo

• Park at where the Meyer's are staying

We can arrange a shuttle or carpool system to get everyone to the wedding smoothly.
