Our story began with a leap of faith—and a 1,200-mile motorcycle ride. Determined to meet the woman who had already captured his heart, he braved rain, cold weather, and long stretches of highway just to get to her. Even joining a gym to freshen up before their first meeting, nothing could have prepared him for the moment when they finally met face to face. From that day on, everything changed.

From the very beginning, we’ve shared so many beautiful adventures. We spent countless hours exploring the trails of Sweetwater State Park, finding peace in the outdoors and in each other’s company. Whether hiking waterfalls across North Georgia and North Carolina or soaking in the majesty of Utah’s Arches National Park, nature has always been a place where we connect and create memories.

But it hasn’t just been about hiking and exploring. We’ve enjoyed the quiet, simple moments, too—like playing guitar together, sharing our love for music, and bonding over the small things that make life so special. Our adventures have taken us from Savannah, where we explored where he grew up, to Eastman, where she introduced him to her roots. We've traveled across states to meet loved ones, from flying to Houston to meet the Kerseys to sharing rainy scooter rides in Key West. Every moment is filled with laughter and love.

One of our most unforgettable adventures took us to the Bahamas. The beauty of the islands, the warm sun, and the clear, turquoise waters made for an incredible escape. It was a time for relaxation and exploration, and we cherished every moment we spent together in that tropical paradise.

Our love for adventure also led us to a scalloping trip in Crystal River. We set off with high hopes of a bountiful catch, but the scallops proved elusive that day. Despite coming up empty-handed, we didn’t mind. For us, it was never about the catch—it was about the journey, the shared experience, and the joy of facing the unexpected together.

Whether it’s a grand adventure or a simple moment, we continue to celebrate life’s joys. From attending the Parliament of Owls Lantern Festival to singing our hearts out at karaoke, we’ve learned to appreciate every adventure, no matter how big or small. Whether it’s something as simple as installing a garage door opener or discovering our favorite artist, Jim Warren, we’ve found magic in every shared experience.

As we continue to explore life’s journey together, we’re grateful for all the memories we’ve created—and for the many more to come. Our love grows stronger each day, and with every new adventure, we’re reminded of how lucky we are to have found each other.
