What is the dress code?

Formal Cocktail! Guys can wear a suit and tie or sports jacket; Women can wear cocktail, tea length or floor length dresses. Please prepare for uneven ground since the ceremony will be held on grass, women may want to wear flats or chunky heels.

Can I bring the kids?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

What is the best way to RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

The best and only way to RSVP will be online through this website, just head on over to the RSVP tab and follow the prompts. Please RSVP before September 13!

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

We are suggesting to carpool or use a ride service to get to Sparkling Pointe. Directions to Sparkling Pointe will be provided in the invitation or you can plug the name into your GPS. We will be providing Uber codes for a discounted rate to those who would like to use that service on that night (code will be provided at a later date).

Have you booked hotel room blocks? Where do you recommend to stay?

Yes we were able to do a room block at the Holiday Inn Express located in Riverhead. Additional information can be found for this at the Travel section of this website for that hotel and additional options.

Will there be parking at the vineyard?

Yes there is parking right on the estate and there will be a parking attendant to direct you when you arrive.

Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Both areas are handicap accessible however the ceremony will be on grass.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive to the venue at 5pm where light refreshments will be served. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:15pm at Sparkling Pointe Vineyard, with the reception to follow.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking photos for about an hour; guests during this time can enjoy passed hor'deuves and full bar service.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and/or reception be held indoors/outdoors?

Ceremony will be outside in the vines. Our flowing cocktail reception will be both indoors and outdoors.

What type of food and drink will be served?

Our reception is cocktail style; we will be having passed hor'dueves in the beginning and moving to active/grazing stations with a dessert station at the end of the night.

I have dietary restrictions. How do I let you know?

These are the dietary restrictions that we are preparing for with alternative options: pescatarian and celiacs. Please let us know if there are any other additional restrictions you may have via the contact number at the bottom of this page.

Will there be an open bar?

Hell ya!

When will the reception end?

The reception will be ending at 10pm.

What will the weather be like?

If we knew the answer we'd be mega-millionaires! We are hoping for an indian summer evening however it could be cooler later in the night so we suggest having a jacket or shawl just in case.

What should I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible once the invitations are sent and the RSVP section is open so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding will be RSVP only based on venue restrictions.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Yes! Please visit the Registry tab on this site.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Your presence is present enough, but should you bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Can I take and/or post pictures of your wedding on social media?

Please do! All we ask is that during the ceremony you restrain from using your phones, we will be doing an unplugged ceremony. But during the reception we would love to see any pictures you take! You can send them to Stephanie (contact at bottom of FAQs) or if you post them add our hashtag and/or tag us!
