Formal attire. We suggest guests wear a suit in any color, a knee to floor length dress, or a nice pantsuit. Please note that, weather pending, our ceremony will be held on grassy terrain, so please be mindful of that when selecting footwear.

Yes. A shuttle bus will be running in a loop from the Marriott Philadelphia West to Appleford before the ceremony (3:15 PM first shuttle and 3:45 PM second shuttle) and after the ceremony (9:30 PM first shuttle and 10:00 PM second shuttle). The afterparty will take place at the bar of the Marriott Philadelphia West hotel.

The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be held on a tented terrace, which includes ceiling fans. However, there will be indoor space available for guests to lounge.

Yes! The wedding reception will end at 10:00 PM. Following the reception, we will be hosting an after party at the bar of the Marriott Philadelphia West in Conshohocken. We will have food available and there will be a bar available for drinks to purchase.

We do not have a room block. We recommend reserving a room at the Marriott Philadelphia West which is less than a 10 minute drive from the wedding venue and will be where we host the after party or the Hotel West & Main Conshohocken Philadelphia, Tapestry by Hilton which is less than a 10 minute drive from the wedding venue and less than 5 minute drive from the after party at the bar of the Marriott Philadelphia West.

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. However, please note that the number of parking spaces are limited and guests are permitted to leave their vehicles overnight, but must pick them up by 11 AM the following morning.

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adult only event.

Yes, there will be an open bar.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner.

Please note any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

We will have an unplugged ceremony in which we request guests to put away, silence or turn off all of their devices (cell phones, cameras, etc.) for the duration of the ceremony. However, please feel free to take photos after the conclusion of our ceremony.
