As we approach our nuptials, we wanted to share some more details about Sandal's resort, the events we have planned, some excursion ideas and touch base with all of our guests attending.

Resort Casual: Shorts or jeans, t–shirts or polo shirts. Swimwear must be covered. Shirts and footwear required.

Resort Evening: Dress pants or jeans for men, long or short sleeve dress shirts (with or without collar). Dress shoes or sandals. No shorts, t–shirts, sleeveless shirts, sneakers, flip flops or slippers. No hats nor caps.

Pre-Wedding Events

We have asked the women to join Stephanie in celebrating her last day as a bachelorette at a "spiked" tea party hosted at Sandals Barbados Resort. The event will be on Thursday, May 23rd and run from noon to approximately 2:00pm.

We ask that all of our guests join us for a night full of fun, games and drinks at Sandals Barbados. We are still coordinating the final details; but will have a sangria bar as well as local island rums to enjoy together in some family fun. This event will be hosted on Thursday evening, from approximately 5:30 - 7:15pm.

At this current time, food will not be served.

Please plan to make separate dinner arrangements.

Day of Wedding Event Information

Please join us in our wedding ceremony held inside the "Yoga pavilion" on Sandal's Barbados property. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm, and we ask that our guests be present at 4:45pm.

We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. We have hired the amazing photography and videography teams at Sandals to capture every aspect of our ceremony. We respectfully ask you to leave your cell phones, cameras and other devices tucked away. In appreciation, we will happily share our images and video with you afterward.

As two families will be becoming one,

please pick a seat; not a side.

After our ceremony we will be hosting a two-hour "cocktail style" reception inside the wedding garden at Sandals Barbados. Please join us for a night of great eats, sweet treats and unbelievable memories as the sunsets down in Barbados.

We wanted to still have traditional wedding traditions but embrace the island atmosphere and forego a formal plated dinner. We have a full bar, many tasty appetizers and will have a carving station with all the trimmings to enjoy!

If you are looking at excursions; please pay attention to the time needed for the event, any restrictions as well as we were told they recommend you book ahead of time to ensure you have a spot.

At this present time; Stephanie & Pat do not have any excursions booked. We kindly ask our guests not to pre-pay and/or attempt to book an excursion for us. We want to share in the island and take in all of what Sandal's has to offer.
