Kris and Steph met in November 2017 (Vancouver BC) where they had their first date at a local pub. There was instant chemistry and they didnt spend many nights away from one another. Their relationship withstood a year long distance while Kris was back in Alberta before he decided to move to Vancouver Island to be with Steph and take the next step.

On December 18th 2021, Kris got down on one knee....and Steph said YES!
