You can fly into LAX which is around a 2 hour drive to Santa Barbara. You can either rent a car, Uber, take the Amtrak Pacific Surfrider, or take the shuttle from LAX to and from Santa Barbara.

You can fly into Burbank Airport which is around a 1.5 hour drive.
