All guests should arrive no later than 4:30 PM to allow time for security. It's required that the bride and groom arrive before 4:30, and ceremonies begin after 5 PM.
How long is the ceremony?
Courthouse ceremonies are typically quite short, averaging maybe 10-30 minutes. There will be seating for guests.
Can I take photos inside the courthouse?
Unfortunately, no. Photo and video is strictly prohibited inside the courthouse hallways and interior. Photography is allowed inside the courtroom once we’re called back and inside, but we respectfully ask that all of our guests keep their phones away and silenced throughout the entire ceremony. We will have a professional photographer in the room, and would love for our guests to be fully engaged, crying a lil’, as we tie the knot. We will share photos with each of you once we receive them.
What Should I Wear?
Just be comfortable! The only thing we ask is that you're clothed.
What will the weather be like in Phoenix in April?
The average high temperature in Phoenix in April is 85 degrees with lows around 58.
What is the agenda after the ceremony?
Tyler and Stephanie will be having an awkward photo session with friends and family at the nearby historic courthouse and beyond. This should last for about an hour. You're welcome to stick around for photos or not but expect us to force you to be in them. Once finished, we will meet everyone for dinner at around 6:30 PM.
