Eric, Stephanie, Audrey, Stark and Gidget went up to the north shore for a day trip on a beautiful day.

Hiked at gooseberry falls

Proposed in two harbors

then celebrated in park point in Duluth.

The North shore is where Eric and I fell in love summers ago so it is a special place to us.

We were not looking for buy at this point in our relationship, but we feel like this house fell right into our laps. Perfect area to have our family. Close to Audrey's school and theater company. Amazing yard for 3 dogs and our flock of chickens and ducks.

This acre of land, came with many outbuildings for Erics hobbies and for our poultry.

We also have access to a private beach on white bear lake.

While the house might be a fixer upper we are in love with the potential of this property.

We had our first date at Splitrocks Bowling Alley

When Eric showed up he was wheeling his bowling bag full of his shoes and bowling balls. NERD ALERT!

We had a great time bowling and getting to know each other and no...Eric did not let me win.
