Our Wedding

In May 2023, Stephanie moved to Helena to start nursing school at Carroll College. She was scared and nervous, because she had never even been to Montana before, and didnt know a single person. Little known to her, she would meet her future husband within her first week there. Sebastian was starting his fifth year at Carroll, finishing his education degree and his last year on the football team. In his own words, football and the boys had been his whole life up until that point (sorry boys). In late May 2023 they matched on a dating app and started chatting. A few days later, they went on their first date. Sebastian picked Stephanie up in his white ford focus, which he had just deep cleaned and bought new seat covers that day for the date (he didnt tell her this for about another year). Sebastian took Stephanie out for sushi, and after dinner they bought a Crumble cookie and took it up to Mt. Helena to sit and watch the view. Sebastian still swears it was the cookie that really sealed the deal. Stephanie knew it probably wasn’t smart to hike up a mountain with a man she barely knew in the dark, but she had a feeling this guy might just be alright. She was right ;) Neither of them wanted the date to end, and they talked for hours even though it was freezing. Sebastian asked Stephanie to be his girlfriend three weeks later, and the rest is history. The years since have been full of love and laughter, a move to Idaho, new jobs, and their new pup Bear. They’re so excited to have you all celebrate with them as they start this next chapter of their life together.

We’d love for our guests to join us in semi-formal western attire — think elevated western style. Cowboy boots, bolo ties, hats, western-inspired dresses, and classic western details are all welcome, paired with semi-formal touches.For men, this could mean dress pants with a button-down or sport coat, and boots. For women, dresses, flowy skirts, boots, and western-inspired accessories fit the vibe perfectly.Our goal is “western, but make it wedding.” Comfortable, stylish, and ready to celebrate under the Idaho summer sky!
