September 20th, 2018

Before they even started dating, Stephanie insisted that they go look at a puppy at the Boulder Valley Humane Society. They instantly fell in love with a husky mix puppy and named her Aspen.

October 12th, 2018

Stephanie and Lontez met each other in the fall of 2018 and quickly hit things off. Their witty sense of humor, strong ambition, and care for others brought them even closer together.

March 30th, 2019

Stephanie and Lontez took their first vacation together! They traveled to Florida where they explored Orlando, St. Petersburg, and Treasure Island! They enjoyed spending time at the beach, visiting Disney World, and discovering new restaurants. The highlight of this trip was going jet skiing and having dolphins swim directly next to them!

June 24th, 2019

Stephanie and Lontez went on their first roadtrip from Colorado to Minnesota! They drove through Nebraska and Iowa on the way there, and traveled through South Dakota and Wyoming on the way back. Aspen accompanied them on their drive and they got to explore the Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, and Custer State Park!

Stephanie and Lontez couldn’t wait any longer and decided to move into their first apartment together! They were so excited to begin this new chapter in this relationship!

November 10th, 2019

Lontez surprised Stephanie with their second dog, Simba, in November of 2019. He has brought so much joy and happiness into their lives with his silly personality and love for adventure!

December 20th, 2019

Stephanie and Lontez made their third trip to Minnesota, with two dogs this time! They spent time enjoying the snow before going on vacation together while the dogs stayed behind!

December 27th, 2019

Stephanie took Lontez to the Virgin Islands for the first time and he absolutely fell in love with it. They spent time hiking, snorkeling, trying new foods, and enjoying the beautiful beaches. This would be the first of many trips to the islands!

March 21st, 2020

Stephanie and Lontez celebrated Stephanie’s 21st birthday in Minnesota. Despite the prevalence of Covid during this time and everything being shut down, they made the most of the day and spent time with family and friends.

Stephanie and Lontez took many trips up to Estes Park, Colorado with the dogs! They love exploring, hiking, and taking pictures together. Every adventure is so much fun together!

Stephanie and Lontez celebrated Lontez’s 21st birthday! Covid still caused a lot of places to be shut down, but they enjoyed going to dinner and spent the weekend in Estes Park exploring the mountains and going for hikes!

October 12th, 2020 

Stephanie and Lontez celebrated 2 years together! The fall colors in Colorado were so beautiful and they loved going to the pumpkin patches, apple orchards, and going for hikes in the mountains.

January 2nd, 2021

Stephanie showed Lontez how to play pond hockey for the first time in Minnesota! The dogs loved playing in the snow and despite the cold weather, they had such a fun trip!

Stephanie and Lontez moved into their first house together! This was such an exciting step in their relationship, and they made so many amazing memories together in this home!

Just after moving into their first home, Stephanie and Lontez celebrated Stephanie’s graduation from the University of Colorado Boulder with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Sociology!

Stephanie and Lontez traveled to the Virgin Islands again, and this time they brought Stephanie’s childhood best friend Cathy, and two of Lontez’s siblings, Deshawn and Alajahianna, along with them!

August 16th, 2021

Stephanie and Lontez enjoyed more hikes and adventures in the mountains with Aspen and Simba! Spending time outdoors and traveling is something they absolutely love doing together.

Stephanie and Lontez celebrated Christmas in their new home! This was such a fun year filled with so many memories, adventures, and achievements!

Stephanie and Lontez celebrated New Years in Denver together! They were so excited for what the new year would bring them!

Stephanie took Lontez to Orange County for the first time, and he absolutely fell in love with it. She showed him her favorite place, Balboa Island, and they also visited Stephanie’s sister, Ali, in Los Angeles! This trip made them want to move SO badly!

Stephanie and Lontez packed up their lives and made the 16 hour road trip to Orange County, California to start their next chapter together! This was the most exciting, yet nerve-wracking change yet!

Stephanie and Lontez moved into their new apartment and explored their new city. They found new coffee shops, restaurants, and even took the dogs to Huntington dog beach, which they loved!

October 12th, 2022

Stephanie and Lontez celebrated 4 years together! They went to Corona del Mar, took photos by the ocean, and stopped at a local ice cream shop on the way home!

December 9th, 2022

Stephanie and Lontez attended a company Christmas party for Lontez’s work. It took place at a beautiful rooftop bar in Huntington Beach. They had so much fun!

March 17th, 2023

Stephanie and Lontez traveled to the Virgin Islands for the third time together, along with Stephanie’s sister, Ali. They explored new beaches, new restaurants, and enjoyed a relaxing week in the sun. They also celebrated Stephanie’s 24th birthday during their vacation!

June 1st, 2023

Stephanie and Lontez moved into their first house in Orange County, along with Lontez’s brother Deshawn. They were so excited to have a larger space for not only them, but for the dogs too!

August 6th, 2023

Stephanie rented out a yacht in Santa Monica to celebrate Lontez’s 24th birthday! They had so much fun with their friends and Lontez’s brothers! The coolest part was watching dolphins jump alongside the boat in the waves!

December 30th, 2023

Stephanie and Lontez spent a long weekend up in Big Bear, California with Stephanie’s mom, brother, and sister. It was their first time visiting, and the dogs absolutely loved getting to see the snow again! They spent time skiing / snowboarding, trying new restaurants, and exploring a new part of California.

Stephanie and Lontez spent New Year’s day going to the gym, having brunch, and taking the dogs for a walk.

March 21st, 2024

Stephanie and Lontez traveled to Big Island, Hawaii to celebrate Stephanie’s 25th birthday! It was their first time in Hawaii, and it was so much fun! They tried new foods, went hiking, snorkeled in the ocean, and spent time relaxing at the resort.

April 18th, 2024

Stephanie rescued a beautiful female pitbull who was at risk of being euthanized. She named her Winnie and fostered her for over six months, before partnering with an amazing rescue to help find her a forever home!

April 20th, 2024

Stephanie and Lontez decided to upgrade their cars, and nothing says “couple goals” like two BMWs.
