Yes! Please bring your ID, since the venue's bartenders will be carding for alcohol. We will provide sunglasses before the ceremony.

Yes, there is a free parking lot at the venue. If you choose to leave your car overnight, be sure to pick it up before noon on Sunday.

There are two shuttle buses that can transport guests between the Kent Narrows hotels and the ceremony/reception. One bus will pick up guests at 5:00 pm at the Quality Inn; the other bus will pick up guests at 5:00 pm at the Best Western then 5:10 pm at the Holiday Inn Express. After the reception ends, both buses will return to pick up guests at CBBC at 11:30 pm.

The ceremony will start promptly at 6 pm. Please be mindful of the traffic on the Bay Bridge and plan accordingly to arrive on time. The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting.

Weather permitting our ceremony will be held outdoors. During the cocktail hour, guests will be able to spend time indoors or outside. The reception will be held in a climate controlled ballroom.

Although we adore your children, our ceremony and reception will be adults only.

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest"
