We ask that all guests please read our FAQs and answers before reaching out. This page answers many common questions in regards to the wedding, traveling, and logistics. If you have a question that is not answered below, Lalo and Shonte of Just Book It Travel, are available to answer any of your questions and assist with finalizing your reservation. WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

NO LATER THAN - March 31, 2024. Please take advantage of the monthly payment plan. Reminders will be sent frequently by Just Book It Travel.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

All payments are non-refundable and reservations are charged a 100% penalty if cancelled after March 31, 2024 (UNLESS you have travel insurance). Guests have until March 31, 2024 to purchase travel protection insurance. Any applicable refunds must be requested from your travel protection supplier. Example 1: Guest pays the balance in full prior to March 31, 2024, and cancels prior to March 31, 2024. The $50 deposit is non-refundable. All other partial payments will be refunded. (Guests with travel protection insurance are refunded the $50 per guest deposit.). Example 2. Guest pays the balance in full prior to March 31, 2024, and cancels following March 31, 2024. All payments are non-refundable following March 31, 2024. (Please file a claim directly with your Trip Protection provider for all non-refundable fees.)

WHAT DOES "ALL-INCLUSIVE" MEAN?

All-Inclusive resorts offer: All you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), All you can drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a night club), Water Sports (kayaking, paddle boarding, and other non-motorized water sports are typically included), Room Service: Elegance Club includes 24-hour room service of food / Family Section includes room service from 06:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN HOUR?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Rooms are not available until then. If you arrive before 3:00 pm, you can use all the facilities, pools, and restaurants, and the hotel team will let you know when your room is ready. We suggest guests travel with beach clothes in their carry-on’s or pay for an additional night if you want the room earlier.

DO I NEED TO HAVE MY PASSPORT FOR THE TRIP?

Passports are required at the time of travel. You should have physical possession of an unexpired PASSPORT BOOK by this time. If you do not, we advise that you work to get your passport expedited via reaching out to your local congressman that specializes in passports or making an immediate appointment with your state's passport office. Passport cards are not acceptable for air travel; passport books are required.

DOES EVERY GUEST NEED A PASSPORT?

YES! Each guest must have a valid passport to travel to Mexico. The passport must not expire for 6-months AFTER your final travel date in June 2024. (e.g. expiration date must be January 2025 or after) NOTE: Processing time can take up to 4-months. So apply ASAP!

WHICH AIRPORT I SHOULD ARRIVE/DEPART ?

When searching for flights, the airport you are flying to is Cancun International Airport (CUN)

HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE RESORT?

We highly recommend securing your transportation in advance along with your room reservation. You can get taxis or shuttle transportation at the airport/resort, but they are usually more expensive when buying directly on the same day.

ARE THERE ANY TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS FOR DEPARTURE AND/OR RETURN?

Please use this link and input your vaccination status, passport country, destination country, and date range to obtain any applicable travel restrictions, VISA requirements, COVID-19 testing requirements, and forms/documents required. This site can change at anytime. When it is closer to your trip, the Just Book It Travel team will send you any relevant information as it relates to wedding travel.

WHAT SHOULD I MAKE SURE TO PACK?

-Passport. -Outfit and shoes that you will wear to the wedding. -Swimsuit(s). -Flip flops / sandals. -Outfits for lounging around the beach and resort. -Sun protection: hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunblock. -Mosquito protection. -Personal medications and sanitary items.

WILL I NEED CASH? WHAT ELSE SHOULD I PACK? IF THIS IS MY FIRST INTERNATIONAL TRIP, OR FIRST TRIP IN A LONG TIME, HOW CAN I BEST PREPARE?

We recommend that all guests read this Pre-Travel Checklist, as prepared by Just Book It Travel, to ensure a seamless travel experience. All confirmed guests will receive very detailed traveling instructions 7-10 days prior to travel.
