Zion has such a light, plant-y atmosphere, and the coffee is delicious. They have a lot of creative seasonal drinks.

CxT is a Peoria classic. They have some of the best coffee and there is a walking path behind the shop that goes on for 26 miles!

Theodore Roosevelt said it was "the world's most beautiful drive? I think that might be a stretch but it's nice for a drive, walk, or picnic :)

If you're looking for some light hiking this is the place for you! One time Anna saw a wild turkey and a few deer here!

This is such a fun Saturday morning activity. There is a wide variety of items for sale and the atmosphere is so fun you can enjoy yourself without needing to buy anything!

The Peoria Zoo is surprisingly expansive and fun! The animals can be pretty active and it has some fun playgrounds!
