We would love all of our family and friends to get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal/ cocktail attire dress code for our wedding. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please take this into consideration when choosing your heels! Flats are encouraged for ceremony as it will take place on a slight grass grade.

If you do not RSVP by the specified date on the invitation, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guest. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{your name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. There is only a very limited number of children invited to ensure a relaxing evening. Children that are invited will be specified on the invitation.

The ceremony will start punctually at 4' o''clock. We ask all guest to arrive at least 20 mins early to reserve parking and seating, Please arrive no later than 3:50.

Hotel check-in is at 3:00. You may reserve early check-in, however this is not guaranteed. If you plan to get ready at the hotel, the hotel suggest you book the night before. Please be aware that if you are utilizing the shuttle, the shuttle will be leaving at 3:15. Please let me know if you have any questions or need help figuring out accommodations.

Please board the bus at 3:15, in front of the hotel, to head to the Venue. The bus will board around 11 o'clock pm to head back to the hotel from the venue.

The hotel is about 12-15 mins away!

The ceremony and reception will be held at 6 Mel Blount Dr. Claysville, PA 15323. We will provide transportation to and from the venue from designated hotel. We encourage you to utilize this amenity as we discourage drinking and driving. Also, being in such a rural area, ride share services may be limited or unavailable. If you are driving yourself, when you turn into the farm, stay to the left toward the log cabin. There will be someone there to direct you.

Yes. There will be plenty of parking on the farm. Please note, there will be limited parking on pavement and most parking will be in grass.

Hotel Bar will be open. There is also a shuttle from the hotel to the Meadows Casino that runs all night.
