Dear wedding guests

I'm sorry to inform you that I've had to make the tough decision to cancel the wedding reception and evening do on 17 May.

You may or not be aware that Julie's mum passed away a week ago .

The family don't feel they can manage a wedding and a funeral .

We will be going a head with the ceremony at the registry office which is just family due to the limited numbers.

We hope to post the ceremony on the wedding website .
