The dress code is cocktail to semi-formal attire. Please refrain from wearing white, off-white, and beige as those colors are reserved for the bride and her special day.

Of course your children will be allowed to join us. However, we want you to relax and enjoy the evening so if that requires you to make prior arrangements, that is no problem as well. can't wait to see you there!

All guests should plan to arrive at or around 1:30 pm. The ceremony will begin at 2:00 pm. We will stop seating guests at 1:50 pm so to ensure you secure a spot, please arrive early.

Immediately following the ceremony, a cocktail hour will be from 2:45 - 3:45 pm. Following the ceremony & cocktail hour, the reception will begin.

Yes the reception venue is heated and cooled. There will be indoor and outdoor gathering to best accommodate everyone.

There will be a BYOB open bar (Bring Your Own Booze). It is not required to BYOB, because we will have a specific amount of alcohol before the celebration. However, we will not have everything. If you desire to drink something specific, please bring it to allow our bartenders to serve it accordingly. While there is an open bar, all alcohol MUST be served by the bartenders only.

There will be a limited variety of vegetarian options for dinner.

While we know you want to capture the moment on your phone, we know you will enjoy the ceremony better by experiencing it firsthand. Our professional photographers and videographers will be sure to capture the moment for you. Please keep your phones out of sight of our cameras for the ceremony. Thank you so much!

We have online RSVP options available for you via the RSVP tab at the top of the page. Please be sure to RSVP by the designated date to help the wedding planners finalize a head count.

Please RSVP by November 10, 2024. The bride and the groom will need a final headcount by this set date and those who do not RSVP by the deadline will be missed on our special day!

There will be a variety of activities on our special day. Some include a large bounce house, party games for possible prizes, cornhole, and many more. The venue has friendly longhorns and cows that guests can meet, pet, and feed. There will also be assigned game tables so bring your best poker faces ;)
