How We Met

When we were in college, Steven worked at the restaurant on campus. I would go there between my classes and study. I had a crush on him and would get nervous to order from him.

Years later we matched on hinge and we hit it off immediately.

The Middle

Steven and I love going on classic car rides with friends and family through town, to breweries, and going for a race or two. We enjoy having people over in the summer for a grill out and some lawn darts.

We bond taking the dogs for walks in the evenings and going on coffee dates. We always take a beach vacation in the spring or summer.

Our Proposal

Steven took advantage of a good friend of mine being in town and asked her to help him plan. She got me and a few other girl friends to go on a girls trip to the mountains. They picked an AirBnb in the town Steven grew up in, I thought what a coincidence but nothing more of it.

The girls and I went on a short hike to a waterfall to take pictures. They had me turned around, facing the waterfall. When I turned back around, there was Steven on one knee!
