Steve and Kaitlin met on 4/13/2023 via Facebook, when Steve sent Kaitlin a message asking to go out for dinner and drinks. Kaitlin almost rain checked on the date, but changed her mind last minute.

Steve and Kaitlin met at Tav on the Ave, a restaurant in Mankato, MN. They ended up staying until closing time, deep in conversation. Since that day, Kaitlin and Steve continued to meet up and hang out, eventually becoming exclusive in May of 2023.

As the months went on, their relationship blossomed and evolved into a more mature setting. Kaitlin officially moved in around September of 2023 and has since been helping to raise their three kids and care for the home with Steve.

The two have been active in their church since Kaitlin started attending with Steve in May of 2023, and both realized that the Lord has lead them to one another. Marriage had been a topic of discussion for months and Steve finally proposed to Kaitlin on 2/29/24!

The abundant love they share and the desire to be married resulted in the two tying the knot only a short 10 days later on 3/9/2024. Kaitlin and Steve are happily married and have been enjoying their first year in marriage together. They are overjoyed to be able to formally celebrate with their closest friends and family on October 12th!
