Yes! If you would like to stay on site, there is a room block available at The Thayer Hotel. Please call the front desk and ask for the Conyers Wright Wedding Room Rate for the discounted price. Booking for the discounted rate through the website may be unavailable.

Unfortunately, due to space constraints and for safety restrictions we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding, no exceptions.

Friday May 31st, 2024 is the final day to rsvp. Any non-respondents will be considered non-attending after this date.

We ask you to be present with us during the ceremony and remain unplugged. Guests using their cameras interrupts our photographer, which affects our memories of the day. We promise to share our photos when they become available to us!

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be on the same grounds. The ceremony space is outdoor (on site rain location will be provided if necessary), cocktail hour is outdoor with an additional indoor location, and the reception is completely indoors. Guests will have access to all three locations throughout the duration of the event.

The venue is accessible through public transportation on MTA Metro North service from NYC to the Garrison Train Station. Shuttle service from the station will be provided. More details to come.

Yes! Valet parking will be available to those who drive.

Our registry can be found on the wedding website. We prefer a monetary contribution, however we would be most appreciative for a gift of any kind!

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will span five hours. There is an additional lounge on site for those that would like to continue celebrating after the event concludes. More details to come day of.

Choice of three passed hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, followed by a three course plated meal. Menus to be distributed at the reception.
