Yes! There is a shuttle and it will leave the hotel promptly at 3:10 on Saturday the 20th. After the ceremony, there will be one shuttle leaving at the end of the night (about 11:00pm). If you don't want to stay that late, there are ubers in the area! Please travel safely.

You can drive to the venue there are parking spaces! If you choose to take the shuttle home and leave your car overnight, you need to pick it up on the 21st before 11:30am or the gate will be shut.

We know it's likely going to be pretty hot, so we recommend dressing nicely but comfortably. For men, we recommend a button up and some slacks (no need for a full suit, but avoid jeans/shorts). For women, dresses, skirts, or nice pants are totally fine!

The ceremony is planned to be outside! The reception will be in an enclosed tent on the property (there will be AC in the tent).

Your children are awesome, but we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating.

Since the ceremony is at 4:00pm, we spoke to the hotel about early check-ins. If you're coming in on Saturday, speak to the front desk about an early check-in and they should be able to accommodate you! If they can't check you in, they can still hold your bags behind the front desk until after the wedding.
