Beautiful home only 2 miles from classic East Sixth bars like Coyote Ugly. Easy to ride bike to downtown, close enough to walk back if needed. There are many bus stops within a couple blocks to take you anywhere in town including the metro rail (1.5 mi from metro rail). Easy access to downtown and many bars spreading east. Over 15 bars/restaurants in 1.5 miles. Great location for festivals, fun, seeing the city, or getting to and from the airport (only 6.2 miles to AUS airport).
