Where is the wedding located?
Colorado Springs, CO
Where should we book hotels?
If you are not looking to book with our group hotel bookings or want an Airbnb, please look in Downtown Colorado Springs or Old Colorado City.
Is there a mandatory dress code?
Yes, this is not a traditional wedding; we ask all guests to wear formal white-tie attire. Men, please wear an all-white tuxedo with slacks and a button-up shirt; women, please wear formal all-white suits or dresses.
Colors: White, ivory, light beige. Any other color should be cleared with the bride.
Can we stay extra days?
Of course! Don't come to Colorado without sightseeing; we would love to spend time with everyone the whole weekend.
Why is the wedding only 4 hours?
We are looking to go out on the town afterward, so ending it early allows us to enjoy the rest of what Colorado offers! Join us!
Can I bring a plus 1?
Unless your invitation states otherwise, please do not bring a plus one. However, feel free to bring them for the rest of the weekend; our celebration is close and intimate.
Is the wedding on a Thursday?
Yes, it is. If you know Stormy, the only venue she wanted was available that day, so we are partying on a Thursday!
Can we bring our kids?
The ceremony and reception are kid-free, except for a few special guests. This is an adults-only party!
Will there be food served?
Yes, an assortment of finger foods! Not a full spread. So, if you think you will be starving, eat before or after; there are lots of great places!
Where are the hotel blocks located?
We have secured negotiated group rates at select hotels. Please refer to the "A Place to Rest Your Head" section of our wedding website for details.
Is it a open bar?
Beer and wine will be provided. Because who likes a dry event? Not us!
What happens if I don't RSVP?
We have limited seating; if you do not RSVP, you will not have a seat.
Do you have your Real ID?
As of May 7, 2025, you will need a Real ID to board a domestic flight to our wedding. Make sure you have one if you don't already!
Why should we drink lots of water?
High-altitude illness is a genuine and serious concern given our location at 7,000 feet. Visitors arriving from lower elevations should prioritize adequate hydration both prior to and during their stay to mitigate the risk of altitude sickness. Please maintain sufficient fluid intake.
