We suggest that all of our wedding guests stay at the Excellence Riviera Cancun, where the wedding ceremony and reception will take place. We want to spend as much time as possible with all of you over the course of the wedding weekend!

Please follow the directions below to book an all-inclusive room at the Excellence Riviera Cancun. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure room availability.

To book, go to the website below and click 'Book Now.' After selecting 'Excellence Riviera Cancun' from the drop-down menu, enter your desired arrival and departure dates, number of rooms desired, and number of guests. Click 'Book Now.' On the next page, you can select your room category. After you press 'Complete Booking,' you will be brought to a page where you can enter guest information, payment details, and other preferences.

Transfers to and from airport

If you booked directly through the Excellence Riviera Cancun, your booking likely includes a free transfer to and from the resort with Seasons Tours. Please check your reservation, and contact Seasons Tours via email with your confirmation number and flight details to arrange your transfer.

Ubers, taxis, and other private transfer services are also available from the Cancun airport to Excellence Riviera Cancun.

TRAVEL DURING COVID

IMPORTANT: To reenter the United States, a negative viral COVID test is required, regardless of your vaccination status. The test must be taken within three (3) calendar days of departure, or you must provide proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days. Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recent recovery for all passengers prior to boarding. Please also note that antibody or seralogy tests do not satisfy this requirement. You must provide a negative viral test to be admitted back into the United States.

Timing: Test must be completed three (3) days or less before flight departure.

Testing Available at the Resort: When you check in at the resort, please arrange your COVID testing appointment. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to arrange the appointment. The testing will take place at the resort’s medical center.

The resort offers free COVID tests for guests staying three (3) nights or longer.

If you are staying for less than three nights, the resort will charge you for the test. The cost is $50 per person for the antigen test.

Other Information on the Resort’s Covid Policies:

If you happen to test positive, the resort will allow you to stay at the resort in an isolated room for free for 14 days. Although this sounds fab, please note that you would be quarantined to your hotel room for 14 days and unable to utilize the resort’s amenities. So, please be safe—and get vaccinated if you can—so we can avoid this happening to anyone!
