Can I bring a plus one?

Yes! However, please make sure to include them in your RSVP to help us with planning (chairs, dessert, etc.).

Will dinner be provided?

No. We will only be providing dessert, so please eat dinner before you arrive. If you are coming from out of town, please see the “Local Dining” tab on this website for some of our recommendations!

What do you mean by “your fanciest outfit”?

Think James Bond vibe. A traditional and formal evening, but jazzy and candlelit. Don’t be afraid to dress to impress and have fun! We do not want you to feel any pressure to buy anything new, but we hope that this can be an occasion for you to wear that luxurious gown or those exciting dress shoes hiding in your closet!

Are guests expected to stay for the whole evening?

The evening will consist of the ceremony, the first dance, the first set of music by the band, toasts and cake cutting, a second set of music, followed by the send-off. We would love for you to join us for the whole night if you are able, but feel free to leave when it works best for your party.

Do I have to dance at the reception?

No! We would love for you to stay and enjoy the live music even if you aren’t up for dancing.

Will there be gluten free desserts available?

Yes, we will be providing some gluten free options.

Will alcohol be served?

No, we will not be providing alcohol, and ask that no one bring alcohol onto the premises.

Will there be child care available?

No, there will not.

Can I bring my pet?

No. There will be no available space for animals to stay.

Are photos and videos allowed?

We have hired a photographer for the evening, so we ask that guests refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. However, you are welcome to use your phones and cameras during the reception!

Where can I park?

Please try to leave the parking spots closest to the church entryways for some of our older guests who may need them. There is disability parking available, and a covered carport where guests can be dropped off near the door. If you are able, please carpool (especially Stanwoodians)!

What if I can’t attend?

We plan to livestream the ceremony and will provide the link to watch via our website.
