Reception

JULY 18TH 2026

Widma (Will) and I met on a summer's night in 2022. It was almost immediately after the passing of my father. He was so gentle and understanding that the more I got to know him, the more I grew to like him. I truly believe God used him to nurse me back to myself. Almost immediately, we settled into our family dynamic. With certainty that this was my person, I love how committed he's been from day-1, how dedicated he's been, and how sure he's felt from the very beginning. From the way he loved me through the most difficult time in my life to the way he fills a pivotal role as a father figure to the boys. He is a respectful, honorable black king. I knew that he was an answer to my prayers and truly a gift from God; not as a replacement for my father but more of a promise that God's love for me still exists.

HER STORY

It started on July 2nd 2022, back when covid had us in a chokehold. I had been downtown a million time, but who knew..this time it would lead to a lifetime of love! It was close to midnight, and there she was.. I spotted Suerita on a crowded downtown street and my jaw dropped. I knew I had seen my bride, for the first time.3 years later, I can assure you Suerita is just that.
