We have arranged shuttle transportation for our guests staying by the Middletown area hotel room blocks to take guests to and from our wedding. The shuttle will stop first at Courtyard Marriott-Middletown, followed by Howard Johnson-Middletown.

Newport House Rentals

We also recommend if you're in a big group that you check out HomeAway/VRBO or Airbnb for house rentals for the weekend for some cost efficient options where you're able to be in the center of town.

Traveling by Car - Driving Instructions

From Providence/Warwick: Take I-95 South. Take exit for route 4 (on left side of highway) to Route 1 then to Route 138 East. Continue over Jamestown Bridge (no toll) and the Newport Bridge ($4.00 toll). This is approximately 25 miles from I-95. Take first exit of Newport Bridge (Scenic Newport), and turn right at the end of the ramp. At 2nd light, take a right onto America's Cup Avenue. Turn right at next traffic light and go over the Goat Island causeway(Gladys Carr Bolhouse Rd). At the end of the Causeway turn left and Regatta Place will be straight up the road on the left.

From New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Points South: Take Interstate 95 North to Route 138 East (Exit 3A in RI). Follow 138E over Jamestown Bridge (no toll) and the Newport Bridge ($4.00 toll). From Boston, the Cape and Eastern Massachusetts: Pick up route 24 South, off Route 93 South. Go through Fall River, MA following signs for Newport. Continue on Rt. 24 until it turns into 114 South. Follow 114 South into Newport. Route 114 will turn into Broadway. Approximately 1 mile past the Newport city line, take 1st right after the police station onto Marlborough Street. At the next traffic light, take a right onto America's Cup Avenue. Take a left at the next traffic light and go over the Goat Island Causeway (Gladys Carr Bolhouse Rd.). At the end of the Causeway turn left and Regatta Place will be straight up the road on the left.

Traveling by Train

Amtrak Station - Kingston, RI

If you're traveling by train, take Amtrak Northeast Regional into Kingston, RI station (book early for reduced fares, they also take AAA discounts). From there, you can either take an Uber into Newport or there's public transportation through RIPTA bus service (http://m.ripta.com/64) from the Amtrak Station to Newport Gateway Center, which is the main transportation hub in Newport; it's also just a 15 minute walk to The Regatta Place
