Q & A
You got questions? We have answers.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
6:00pm. Since it's a holiday weekend, please be sure to check on the train status ahead of time in case of delays!
Can I bring a guest?
To keep our gathering intimate, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. We promise you will meet a lot of very cool people :)
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out with us! Mommies and daddies...it's time to blow off some steam!!!
What should I wear?
The dress code is โจelevated cocktailโจ As long as you avoid white, everything is fair game! Dresses of any length, heels/no heels, ties, no ties, dress shoes, fancy Nikes, glittery make up, etc....we LOVE a fashionable moment and dare you to go bold ;) Why not turn a look! You're in New York City, it's the beginning of summer...and most importantly, it's gonna be the wedding of the YEAR!!! At the end of the day, what's most important to us is that YOU feel absolutely fabulous in whatever you want to wear :)
๐ We made you a Pinterest board if you need inspo on what to wear. Check it out here! ๐

I love weddings but hate dancing in heels and dress shoes! Help, what do I do? ๐ ๐

Wow, we are SO glad you asked! The bride LOVES to dance at weddings as well and also HATES wearing uncomfy shoes on the dance floor! Well, GREAT NEWS...we are ENCOURAGING our guests to bring an extra pair of comfy shoes to change into later in the night! We will have a designated area to store your second pair so bring them when you first arrive, drop them off, enjoy the ceremony and reception as you would...and then feel free to switch into your comfy pair when the dancing tunes come on :) This is entirely optional, but we recommend it (and will be swapping shoes ourselves!)
Where should I stay?
(*Update: our hotel room block is now sold out!)
We know that traveling to NYC can be a big commitment, and we are so grateful that you're making the trip to celebrate with us! To help with your stay, we've put together some accommodation recommendations on the Travel section of our website. We also recommend checking out AirBnB.
Is there transportation to the wedding?
No, transportation will not be provided. We recommend calling an Uber or Lyft to the venue or using public transportation.
If using public transportation, the closest MTA subway station is the Bedford Ave stop off the L train. From there, the venue is a 12 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride. Please refer to the exact venue address on the RSVP page of our website.
Is there parking near the venue?
Street parking will likely be quite difficult so plan to arrive early if you are going to look for street parking. There will also be several parking garages within walking distance.
Will the event be indoor or outdoors?
There will be both indoor and outdoor elements. It's been a rainy May! Our fingers are crossed our day is nice and sunny but I recommend packing an umbrella in your suitcase before arriving in NYC.
When should I RSVP by?
We would love it if you could RSVP by April 2nd. Please visit our RSVP page and enter your exact First and Last name to access your invitation.
still have questions?
Don't hesitate to contact the bride and/or groom :)
