GB didn’t just talk me into joining a sorority—she somehow convinced me to be her roommate senior year, too. I had no idea then just how much she would come to mean to me. She’s been my rock through thick and thin, the calm to my chaos, and the kind of friend everyone hopes to find in college. I simply can not express my relationship in words with Lauren. GB bribed her too to join a sorority. Lauren is my day 1 best friend. I can always count on her to make me feel valid, help me with PES statements (inside joke), and always split a meal with me at a new restaurant.
