Gini Blake McCorkell - Matron of Honor
GB didn’t just talk me into joining a sorority—she somehow convinced me to be her roommate senior year, too. I had no idea then just how much she would come to mean to me. She’s been my rock through thick and thin, the calm to my chaos, and the kind of friend everyone hopes to find in college. I’ll always treasure our senior year—filled with laughter, late-night ice cream and wine, and memories I’ll hold onto forever. One day, I know I’ll proudly be her kids cool aunt. I was honored to stand by her side on her special day, and it means the world to have her by mine.
Lauren Mueller - Maid of Honor
I simply can not express my relationship in words with Lauren. GB bribed her too to join a sorority. Lauren is my day 1 best friend. I can always count on her to make me feel valid, help me with PES statements (inside joke), and always split a meal with me at a new restaurant. Lauren is the friend you can always count on no matter the time that passes or the things that go on in our lives. I am excited to have such a blessing be by my side.
James McNeill - Best Man
Choosing a best man was easy. It had to be my dad.
He’s not just the man who raised me — he’s the one who’s shown me, every single day, what it means to lead with strength, humility, and heart. He’s my boss in more ways than one — at work, in life, and sometimes even when I don’t ask for it — but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
He’s the tie that holds our family together, the steady hand we all count on. Whether it’s staying late to help someone, giving advice when it’s needed most, or making sure every detail is just right — he shows up. Always.
Having him by my side as my best man is more than symbolic. It’s a thank you. A recognition of everything he’s taught me and everything he’s been to me — a father, a mentor, and my biggest supporter.
There’s no one I trust more. And there’s no one I’d rather have standing next to me on one of the most important days of my life.
Savanna McNeill - Something Blue
Savanna is Cody’s sister; As I step into this new chapter of love and forever, I knew I wanted to carry something meaningful—something that reminded me of the strength, beauty, and bond of family. You are that “something blue.”
Blue symbolizes loyalty, trust, and the deep bond we already share—and the one I know will only grow stronger over time. You’re more than family by marriage; a sister I’m lucky to gain.
I’m so grateful for the memories we’ve already made and the ones waiting for us in the future.
With love,
Your soon-to-be sister
Pawpaw Cherry - Officiant
From the very beginning, my Pawpaw has been one of the most important people in my life. He was the first person to teach me what love really looks like—not just through his words, but through his actions. Whether it was taking me on little play dates when I was young, sharing his love for history, or simply being a constant source of warmth and wisdom, he helped shape the way I understand connection, kindness, and loyalty.
Some of my favorite memories are the moments we spent just talking—about life, the past, and the future. He always made me feel heard, valued, and loved. In so many ways, the love I’ve found with my fiancé feels familiar, because it reminds me of the love and care my Pawpaw has always shown me.
That’s why having him stand by our side and lead our ceremony means the world to us. He’s not just our officiant—he’s a symbol of the kind of love we hope to carry into our marriage: grounded, generous, full of heart, and a little bit of history.
We couldn’t imagine anyone more meaningful to help us start this next chapter.
