Formal attire is preferred.
Jacket, while indoors, and tie are recommended for gentleman.
Knee or floor length dress is recommended for ladies. Block heels or flats are encouraged, as the ceremony is on grass. The bridal party will be wearing sage green.
Are Kids Welcome?
Our wedding is an adult-only event for both ceremony and reception. Please reach out to www.naplesbabysittingcompany.com if you are in need of child care.
Can I bring a plus one?
We cannot accomodate additional guests due to limited capacity. Your invitation will made to "(Your Name) & Guest", if a plus one has been given to you. We will only allow those who have been listed on the invitation to attend.
When should I RSVP by?
We would love RSVP's to be sent back as soon as possible, or by April 6th. Please note, if we do not receive an RSVP, we will assume you are not attending.
Is the ceremony outdoors?
Yes, our ceremony is outdoors.
We will provide individual fans and offer an infused water bar prior to the ceremony in effort to keep our guests comfortable in the Florida heat.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM. Please plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Will there be transportation to the wedding?
Yes, we will provide a bus to and from the venue for guests who are staying at the AC Marriot on 5th avenue or would like to meet there (please see accommodations tab for more hotel details). We strongly discourage guests drinking and driving themselves.
Will there be an Open Bar?
We will have an open bar for our guests to enjoy post-ceremony at the cocktail hour and reception.
Can I take my own pictures during the ceremony?
Please refrain from taking pictures and using your cell phone during the ceremony. Feel free to take as many photos as you would like at cocktail hour and the reception.
