In April 2022, Summer started a new job as an HR Coordinator for Precision Drilling, also known as Mason's former employer. He was known for being a high performer and had an admirable reputation, so much so that the company wanted him back, and Summer helped make that happen. They worked together for a bit and got along great, but four months later, they were moved to different parts of the company, which Summer wasn't too happy about because she liked talking to Mason.

One weekend in October 2022, Summer was getting ready for a Halloween party when Mason texted her. To her surprise, he was in town and wanted to hang out. This excited her. They decided to meet up at a cool lounge in downtown Houston. When she arrived, she had to call him because she didn't know what he looked like. Just as she was calling, she saw a guy walking toward her who fit Mason's description perfectly: tall, tattooed, and intimidating. They instantly recognized each other, and the night turned into something special. They talked, laughed, danced, and even went to the Halloween party together. Since then, they've been inseparable.

On December 31, 2023, Mason proposed, and Summer said yes! It was a beautiful moment surrounded by family. Summer is thrilled to be marrying Mason and becoming Mrs. Lightfoot, and Mason is ready to have her.
