Our Wedding

It all began with a happenstance meeting during Summer’s visit to her Maid of Honor in College Station. There was instant conversation that never lulled and a connection that made it feel like they had known each other for ages. However, there almost wasn’t a first date when John found out that Summer didn’t actually live in College Station. But after some careful consideration, he came to the conclusion that if he didn’t see the date through, he may very well regret it for the rest of his life. Their first date at the Canteen, complete with live music, was unforgettable—especially when Summer made John choose her meal for her (a test he passed with flying colors). From there, the rest was history… well, almost, John still had to meet the family—but that’s a long story best told over drinks and he lives to tell the tale!

The dress code for our wedding is elevated party attire. Please come dressed in whatever makes you feel your best! Since we will be outdoors on grass and concrete, we recommend choosing chunky heels or other comfortable footwear.
