If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is June 30, 2024.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Deer Run Golf Course. The ceremony will be outdoors on the flagstone patio and the reception will be held indoors of the venue.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock. We recommend that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony.

Ceremony: 4:00PM-4:30PM, Cocktail Hour/Photos: 4:30PM-6:00PM, Reception Entrance: 6:00PM-6:30PM, Dinner & Speeches: 6:30PM-8:00PM, Dancing: 8:00PM-12:30AM.

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. So, we are requesting that all our guests dress in cocktail attire (semi-formal).

Due to space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. They will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Yes, there is free parking at the venue.
