GENERAL POLICIES & INFORMATION:

» Sparrow Beginnings does not provide medical staff or medical coverage for to those utilizing Sparrow facilities.

» All vehicles, motorbikes, etc. must be parked in the designated parking lot.

» Smoking is permitted outdoors only, at least 15 feet from the building. If Client or a guest of Client is found to be smoking marijuana, a Sparrow representative or security officer are required by law to ask to see the medical marijuana card of the person smoking. The card must be present on the individual smoking and shown to the representative and/or security officer or they will be asked to stop. The smoking of marijuana must take place in a designated area. This area will be the mulched area on the Southeast corner of the venue (adjacent to the office building). This is required because secondhand smoke from marijuana is very different from that of regular cigarettes.

» No drugs or firearms, including concealed firearms, are permitted on Sparrow Beginnings premises.

» Sparrow Beginnings is not responsible for theft or loss of items during your event. Security is not provided to monitor your personal belongings left in the upstairs suites or in the venue in general.

»Glitter, rice, silly string and gel-like substances are not permitted anywhere on Sparrow Beginnings property. Sand may only be used in enclosed containers. Fresh, loose, dark flower petals cannot be used anywhere on the property, including inside the venue, other than grass areas

»Confetti and fake flower petals or leaves may only be used under the following conditions: o Indoors only if it has been approved by the manager. There are certain types of confetti that damage our wood floors. o There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 if confetti is used. This cleaning fee must be paid at the time of the final rental payment.

» No items should be thrown or placed in the water feature or pond, including but not limited to floating candles or flowers.

»Release of Liability: Client agrees to hold Sparrow Beginnings, its agents, employees and officers harmless in the event of alcohol related injuries to Client or its guests the day before the event, the day of the event, especially, but not limited to, when Client and its guests drive to attend or return from their scheduled event or rehearsal.

» Client must abide by the Oklahoma liquor laws. These laws are in effect both on the day of the event and the day before the event. No alcohol will be served to anyone under the age of 21 years of age. Alcohol will not be served to individuals that appear to be over their limit. This will be up to the discretion of the licensed and insured bartenders, and the security officer.
