The ceremony is outside by a lake. Light colors are fine as long as they are not too similar to a wedding dress color such as: White, Ivory, Champagne, and Pastels. Men: dress pants, polos, dress top, suit, etc for cocktail/semi-formal apparel Women: Cocktail/semi-formal apparel. No revealing attire. Children: Whatever is comfortable for them

Out of town guests are responsible for their hotel arrangements. Guests can book at the New Harmony Inn, New Harmony Airbnbs, Evansville hotels, Evansville Airbnbs, Newburgh Airbnbs. Evansville, IN and Newburgh, IN are roughly 45 minutes away from New Harmony. These are the towns most of the guest reside.

New Harmony is a small town and can easily be walked within 30-40 minutes. There are small shops in the center of town, a small labyrinth near the Granary, and a roofless church next to the New Harmony Inn. Guests can explore or simply enjoy light snacks and refreshments during the hour.
