We have booked a hotel block at the best western plus in Fergus ON. It is your individual responsibility to call and book a room in the designated block or have a prearranged alternative.

There will be transportation provided from the venue to the Best Western in Fergus ON however their will be no return transportation the day after. It would be in your best interest to arrange a way back to the venue parking lot the next day or check in to your room and park at the hotel before the ceremony. The venue to hotel Shuttle service will be active from 9pm to 1am. Any other driving services can be used however it is your own responsibility to call/reserve them for your own use. Another option is to make sure you have a DD as a reliable way to your accommodations for the night.

Yes. the venue has ample parking to leave cars there overnight. If doing so please make sure you have a way to get back to your car the day after.
