Our very first photo together! We met at a wedding. Sundeep was related to the bride who also happened to be Alka's close friend from optometry school.

Sundeep and Alka spent countless nights FaceTiming each other. He finally came to Atlanta to visit Alka and asked her to officially be his girlfriend- this is a photo of us on the day of our first official date

We generally saw each other once a month. This is a photo a few months into dating where Sundeep came to visit during New Years and we rang in the new year watching the Dawgs

Eventually things got serious and Alka decided it was time that Sundeep meet the extended family. If you ask Sundeep, he may or may not admit that he was quite intimidated

A complete surprise to Alka, Sundeep planned an intimate proposal and asked her to marry him!

As expected, the parents got involved and we were officially Rokh'd before the year was over.
