We chose not to do a block of hotel rooms for a couple of reasons.

First, there really aren't any options in Woodville, MS. However, Woodville is only 30 minutes from St. Francisville, LA and about an hour from Natchez, MS.

I know, I know... it's a bit of an inconvenience. BUT... our hope is that you will love the charm of Desert Plantation as we do and will indulge in a weekend getaway... maybe even find a new favorite spot!

Second, the BEST places to stay in this area are bed & breakfast type accomodations. Here are just a few located in St. Francisville, LA (about a 30 min. drive from Desert Plantation.)
