Three years ago Susan popped up on Jarrod's 'who you may know' list on Facebook. He instantly messaged her and they began talking. Shortly thereafter, he drove 5 hours to take her out on a date. Not long after that first date, he ended up moving to the other side of the state (Meadville, Pa to be exact) and their love hit it off from there.

For the last 3 years, Susan and Jarrod have excelled in their college courses and have supported each other becoming the best versions of themselves.

February 12th is Susan's birthday. This year of 2023, Jarrod surprised Susan by proposing during the halftime show of the NFL Superbowl. They are now planning their wedding for July 19, 2024 as Susan would like to get married on her Father's birthday since he passed away in 2006 and is unable to walk her down the aisle. They are excited to exchange vowels and to be surrounded by family and friends for the special occasion!
