Valley View Farm in Haydenville, MA! All parts of the day will be on site (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, after party).

Please RSVP by June 10th, your future self (and our seating chart) will thank you! If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you can’t make it and will mark you down as a “no.” As much as we’d love a surprise appearance, we unfortunately won't have a seat or meal for you. We’ll miss celebrating with you!

Our dress code is garden party formal. We invite you to dress to the nines to help us celebrate our big day! Please wear formal attire in bright colors and/or fun patterns. Midi or maxi length dresses or skirts, suits and ties, and dressy separates are preferred. Do not wear jeans and do not wear white (as that is reserved for the bride). Our bridal party will be in navy.

While we love the littlest members of our family, our wedding day is an adults only affair. We kindly ask guests not to bring their children or additional guests to the wedding ceremony or reception. Those that are invited to the wedding have their names listed on the RSVP. Please only RSVP for those listed. When in doubt, reach out!

We kindly ask our guests to put away their cellular devices during the ceremony. Our photographers are amazing and we would like guests to enjoy the special moment with us!

The ceremony will be held inside the pavilion by the patio space where the cocktail hour will be held. The pavilion will be open on all four sides. Cocktail hour will be held outside on the large patio. The reception will be held inside the beautiful Yellow Barn adjacent to the Pavilion.

Yes - we will be providing a bus from the hotel to the wedding and back. We will have a shuttle running back and forth from the Fairfield Inn and Suites - Northampton.

Yes! Valley View Farm has a large parking lot to the left of the venue. Guests who are driving are welcome to park in any space available. We do, however, recommend taking the shuttle we are providing or an Uber to enjoy the full experience - there will be an open bar! Cars can be left overnight, but they must be removed by 11am on Saturday morning.

Yes - you will be given the option to select your dinner when you RSVP. This is when we will also ask you to share dietary restrictions. Our catering team is AMAZING, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us!

Yes! We want to keep the special day going as long as possible! Our after party will be at Muse Cider Bar (a short walk down the hill from the Yellow Barn) from 11pm - 12am. There will be a cash bar open to purchase additional drinks.
