Since we have the hotel blocked off for the event, staying at the hotel is your best option. Of course there are other options available, but we would love to have everyone stay at the Quinta San Carlos! Como tenemos el hotel bloqueado para el evento, nos gustaria que se quedaran alli. Flying in the day before the wedding, on October 2nd is probably the best bet, and you get to attend the welcome dinner and the hotel is also blocked off for that night so you will get to stay in the same room the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. You can also fly in a few days before or stay a few days after if the hotel has availability.

Check in time at the Quinta is after 3 PM on Friday the 2nd. Since the airport is about an hour away from the Quinta, if you are able to fly in Friday before 3 PM, we will have a bus for guests leaving the GDL airport around that time. You will then have a few hours to check in and freshen up before the welcome dinner at 6 PM. We will also have a bus leaving the hotel the morning after the wedding, checkout is at noon. The time is to be determined. Please let us know by text to 512-599-1246 your flight times and landing times and if you and how many people with you will be riding the bus. If your flight times are later or earlier than the bus times, you will have to get an uber, or a taxi from the airport or setup a pickup with the taxi services we have listed under travel.
