Picturesque Lakepoint State Park is located on the banks of the 45,000-acre Lake Eufaula, also known as "The Bass Capital of the World." Lakepoint offers a variety of amenities such as a full service restaurant and lounge, marina, hiking trails, modern campground, swimming complex, tennis courts and playgrounds.

The trail begins downtown with the trailhead in front of the Eufaula/Barbour County Chamber of Commerce winding along and then crossing Lake Eufaula on the old railroad trestle, through residential areas and ending at Old Creek Town, the site of an old Indian village. The surface of the main trail is paved making it perfect for hikers, runners, and bicyclists.

Superior Pecans & Gifts is nestled in Eufaula's Historic District, and home of the famous "Pecan Handstack." Superior Pecans and Gifts is also home to over a dozen flavors of candy, coated, roasted, and spiced pecans. Our newest edition, the Largemouth Coffee Company coffee bar, grinds and brews each cup of coffee individually. There is also a FedEx Shipcenter onsite.
