We went to the same middle and high school and although we had some friends in common we didn’t really talk to each other. We each built a life individually, Jose in Los Angeles and Susy in San Diego.

Many years later, we reconnected on Instagram and spent a few weeks exchanging messages before Jose made the drive down for our first date. We had incredible chemistry from the beginning and enjoyed being around each other and spent many hours and miles driving back and forth to visit each other.

Jose eventually moved to San Diego, and things really got serious. We decided to adopt fur babies together, buy a home, and build a beautiful blended family together.

We share our love for the outdoors, the beach, and vacations. We look forward to being each others partners in life and the journey together for the rest of our lives.
