We met in the first week of Luke's sophomore year and Sutton's freshman year at Taylor University. We got set up on a blind Pick-a-date. We then started dating a month later on October 5th.

The first time Luke met Sutton's family! Luke got to go with the Frederick fam to get Christmas tree and put up lights for Christmas.

First time meeting Luke's fam and going to Chicago.

Celebrated our 6 month anniversary at Trust Your Own Butcher which was our first date restaurant.

Spent the summer traveling between Chicago and Indy doing lots of swimming and soaking in the sun!

Spent our first thanksgiving together in TN with Luke's family.

Spent Christmas time going from Indy to Chicago baking lots of christmas cookies and christmas activities.

Spent spring break in Siesta Key!

Went to the Indy 500.

Spent a lot of time in Chicago going on the boat and swimming!

Spent the summer going to weddings, seeing family, and just hanging out.

Spent the 4th of July together at Indiana Beach!

Visited Berne for Swiss day and got to see lots of family. It was Sutton's first time going to Berne.

Spent the Fall going to pumpkin patches, corn mazes, and carving pumpkins.

Spent the beginning of the school year with participating in different wing events and going on PAD. Picture featuring dress like a Wengetz guy so we were matching.

Celebrated our 2 year at Trust Your Butcher!

The happiest day of our lives the day we got engaged! Luke proposed at Matter Park in Marion. Then after we celebrated at our go to spot Texas Roadhouse with our family. Best surprise ever! We are now just counting down the days till February 14th 2026.
