Q + A (6/21)

Updated 6.21.2022

We got our invitation on June 29th, do we really need to RSVP by June 30th?!

Due to printing delays, our invitations were sent a little later than anticipated. If you could please RSVP by July 12th, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Will transportation be provided?

Round trip shuttles will be provided throughout the day / night with pickups available at both hotels. More details to come once we have a guest count on hotel reservations.

Hotel check-in times / shuttle departures from hotels

Unfortunately, neither hotel can guarantee our party early check-in for guests staying one night and therefore early check-in will be based upon availability the day of. We realize this is a challenge given that check-in time is 3:00pm and the ceremony starts promptly at 3:30pm.

Depending upon the number of guests staying in each hotel, we will do our best to have the transportation leave as close to 3;00 as possible. If multiple trips are needed, obviously that will push the timeframe forward for some guests.

*Please check back on this website the week prior to the wedding and we will have a detailed transportation schedule posted for both hotels.*

Are the hotels 2 night minimums?

Both hotel block rates are available for 1 or 2 nights depending on your needs & preferences.

What if we are not staying at a hotel?

For those not staying at the hotel, the church and reception both have adequate parking. If Ubering to the church, you are more than welcome to ride the shuttle to the reception (we ask that you please indicate this on your RSVP so that we ensure capacity).

Are children invited?

We love your children, but you deserve a night off - adults only please!

What is the dress code / attire?

We want you to feel comfortable! Please keep in-mind the reception will be primarily outdoors, so keep an eye on the summer forecast and dress with that in-mind. Guys, feel free to leave the jackets at home.

Note:

Weather permitting cocktail hour will take place on the lawn outside of the tent. With that in mind guests wearing heels would likely be most comfortable wearing a block heel.
