What will the weather be like?

Pasadena is known for being warm. Typically early June in that area is between 75-85 degrees. Everything should be shaded by the time the ceremony begins, but please be prepared for a bit of heat!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes! Easy peasy.

When should I book my accommodations?

Due to Fifa World Cup occurring in Los Angeles at the same time as our wedding, we encourage you to make your arrangements early as flights and hotel are going quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience and increased costs.

Will there be shuttles or ride share to the wedding?

We encourage you to pick up the shuttle the Langham hotel. There is valet parking available at a discounted rate. We will be continuing the celebration after the wedding at this location as well, which is convenient for car pick-up!

Can I take photos and videos with my phone?

Our ceremony is an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you keep your phones silenced and away. Please feel free to use them as you like once our cocktail hour has started! Thank you.

Can I bring a guest?

Sadly, no. We wish we could invite everyone! Our guest count is tight as the venue only allows a certain number of people due to fire code.

Are we allowed to bring our kids?

Yes and no. If you are direct family, in our bridal party, or your child is under the age of 2, they may join you. They are probably already on the list! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you find childcare for the evening. Kids over the age of 2 must RSVP.

What does black-tie formal mean?

We want you fancy-shmancy! Long floor length dresses for women and suits for men. Tux's are welcome but not required as we do not expect you to spend money! We would love if you threw on a suit and tie and slap some gel in your hair (if you have any left!) And yes, I would say California black tie is *slightly* less sparkly than Philly black-tie! You know who you are... Have fun with it!

What shoes should I wear?

Our venue does have uneven grounds. Our ceremony is outdoors on turf and the dinner area has cobblestone. Heels are fine, but a wider heel may be the safer choice!

Will there be an open bar?

YES! And plenty of award-winning wine produced by Suzi's parents home vineyard.

Can I smoke at your venue?

Our venue is a strict no smoking location. As you know, Los Angeles is a high-risk area for wildfires. We would love for our guests to respect that, as our venue was barely spared from the wildfires just this last year. Their rules have become more strict recently, not allowing any open flame.
